What stops people from abusing coupons or fake referrals?

Every redemption needs your PIN. A coupon can be redeemed once per customer, ambassadors can't refer themselves, a person can be referred only once by the same ambassador, and rewards are single-use and expire.

When does an ambassador get rewarded?

After a referred customer's purchase is recorded at your counter. You choose a prize per referral, or a monthly commission on referred sales.

Do I need a POS, special hardware or an app?

No. Your team uses a phone camera to scan a QR and enters your business's 4-digit PIN. Your customers don't download anything — everything arrives by email and works from their phone.

Is it secure?

Payments are processed by Paddle, and Biguests doesn't store card data. Each business can only see its own data, the site uses HTTPS, and every redemption requires your PIN.
