Birthday offers that bring friends in
Write a birthday gift people want to celebrate with, set its validity and let it run every day.
Who it's for
Owners whose business is a natural place to celebrate, or who simply want a personal touch each year without remembering dates.
What you'll get
A birthday email with a personal coupon and QR, sent automatically on each client's birthday, and a dashboard view of sent vs redeemed.
Make sure you have birthdays
The campaign can only reach clients with a birthday day and month on file. People who sign up through a public coupon page always give one. When you add clients by hand, the birthday is optional, so ask for it at the counter.

Choose a gift that works better with company
The gift field (up to 500 characters) is where you invite friends along. An offer that makes sense in a group, such as a free dessert for the table when they celebrate with you, gives the birthday person a reason to bring people. Say clearly what is included so your team can honor it without a debate.

Write the title and message
The title can be up to 100 characters and the message up to 2,000. Keep it short and personal: happy birthday, here is your gift, here is how to use it. The email carries your logo, brand color, address and phone.
Give enough time to plan a get-together
Set the gift validity in days. The email goes out on the birthday itself, not before, so allow enough days for people to organize a visit with friends.
Switch it on and review it monthly
Turn on Birthday in the side menu. Each day, Biguests finds the clients whose birthday it is, creates a personal coupon for each and emails it. Compare birthday coupons sent and redeemed on the dashboard, and use the Birthdays of the month report if you want to plan ahead.

At the fictional Northside Barbers, Alex sets the gift to "Free beard trim with any cut" and adds a line inviting the client to bring a friend for a cut the same day. Validity is set to 14 days, a hypothetical choice.
On Priya's birthday, she receives the email with her QR. She books with her brother; at the counter the barber scans her code and enters the PIN. The coupon is personal, so only Priya can redeem it. If her brother is new, the team can add him as a client, which triggers his own welcome email if the New Client campaign is on.
