Read your dashboard

Understand the top cards, the snapshot and the five KPIs in plain English.

Who it's for

Owners who have been running coupons, ambassadors or campaigns for a few weeks and want to know what the numbers mean.

What you'll get

A plain reading of every number on the dashboard and a short list of questions to ask each month.

Start with the three top cards

Clients is your total client count. Ambassadors shows how many you have and what share of referral revenue your top 3 bring in. Redemptions is the share of promotional coupons sent that were redeemed, with sent and redeemed shown separately.

Use the snapshot for a period

The snapshot can be filtered to this month, this year, last month or last year. It shows referral revenue with the number of referrals and a trend chart, rewards issued vs redeemed, birthday and New Client coupons sent vs redeemed, and your top 3 ambassadors by revenue.

Read the five KPIs

These are all-time figures. ARR (Ambassador Referral Rate) is the average number of referrals per ambassador; it is not Annual Recurring Revenue. RCR (Referral Client Rate) is the share of your clients who came through a referral. AOV (Average Order Value) is the average purchase of referred customers. CCT (Client Cycle Time) is the average days from signup until a client earns a first reward. CRC (Client Reward Coverage) is the share of clients who have earned at least one reward.

Turn numbers into questions

Low ARR: are your ambassadors sharing their QR, and is the friend benefit clear? High top-3 share: can you invite more ambassadors? Low New Client redemptions: is the gift tied to a second visit, and is the validity long enough? Long CCT: is your rewards goal too high?

Go deeper in Reports

For detail, the Reports center has 15 reports, such as acquisition by source and referral conversion and AOV, downloadable in Excel or PDF with a date range.

Hypothetical example

These are the fictional sample figures for Northside Barbers. They have 312 clients, 14 ambassadors and 56 referrals all-time, so ARR is 56 ÷ 14 = 4.0 and RCR is 56 ÷ 312 = 17.9%. The average referred purchase (AOV) is $38.50.

This month, 19 referrals brought $731.50, and the top 3 ambassadors account for 72% of it. CCT is 38 days and CRC is 20.5%. Alex reads the 72% as a sign to invite more ambassadors, so the shop depends less on three people.
